Jamones Majada Pedroche is a family-owned industrial company with more than four generations of pork meat tradition, founded as such by Don Miguel Torralbo Mohedano, in 2001. Located in Villanueva de Córdoba (Valle de los Pedroches).

Under a warm climate, our pigs search for food surrounded by centuries-old holm oaks to achieve sufficient quality so that Majada Pedroche products continue to be one of the greatest gastronomic jewels known.

All the products produced at the Majada Pedroche facilities are made from the same unique raw material, such as 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork. Maximum quality guaranteed by the Denomination of Origin “Los Pedroches”.
OUR STAR PRODUCT
100% ACORN IBERIAN HAM
The character of the 100% pure acorn-fed Iberian ham “Majada Pedroche” is marked by the selection of the best breeding mothers of the Iberian breed. If we add free-range aging and a natural diet culminated by a slow 36-month curing process, we will obtain a unique product, resulting in a long and stylized piece (80-90 cm.) Of fine cane and an external fat of tones. golden that denote their natural diet with acorns.
Soft when cut and reddish (cherry) to the eye with infiltrations of fat, our pieces give off a “flavor” (characteristic aroma) that tends to be sweet on the palate and leaves an aftertaste of mild rancidity. Clearly a treat in every way.
