Chorizo cular is a variety of Iberian chorizo made exclusively with 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork. It comes in thick casing (cular) of pig of 40-60 mm. caliber and 50-60 cm in length. When cut, it has a marbled appearance with a predominance of the lean part, of a bright red color.
