For any question about your order or claim we have several methods:

Once the order is formalized, and the payment for it has been made and verified, it will proceed to its preparation and subsequent shipment, as long as all the product is in stock. We are committed to informing the customer of any anomaly that may arise during the preparation of their shipment and to solve any type of incident that occurs. The period stipulated for the preparation of the order is between 24/48 hours (business days) once the client has completed the order. After the order is prepared, a transport agency will transfer it to the address that you have indicated during the formalization of your order. We promise that most of your orders are served within 72 hours (business days) after they are formalized, as long as no incident arises.

We will do everything possible to respect the delivery times mentioned. On the other hand, the payment method chosen by you may affect delivery times.

In the event that the order is not received within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is 15 business days).

We advise you that when you receive your package, verify that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the delivered items or their status, please contact us as soon as possible.


The client must take into account that the orders will be sent within the limits of available stock. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we promise to inform the customer by email as soon as possible (from the date they placed the order) to inform them of the period in which we can send the missing product or products, as well as the possible substitute (s). In case you are not interested in waiting, or in the substitute product, you can request a refund of the amounts you have paid for said item.

If possible, we will propose an article of equivalent quality and price to replace the product without stock. In the event that you do not accept the proposed replacement product, we will proceed to refund as described above.
