Pour appr\u00e9cier pleinement sa saveur exquise, il est conseill\u00e9 de la consommer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Si le jambon doit \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 \u00e0 des moments diff\u00e9rents, lorsque nous arr\u00eatons de couper, il est conseill\u00e9 de couvrir la surface de la coupe avec les morceaux de graisse en exc\u00e8s pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elle ne se dess\u00e8che.
