Made from selected lean from the best 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs. This Fuet comes from Iberian pigs fed with acorn during the montanera and cured in the north of Córdoba, in the “Valle de Los Pedroches”. It is an intense product with a flavor full of nuances.
