Made from selected lean from the best 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs, wisely flavored with natural peppercorns and with an unmistakable texture that melts on the palate. This salchichón comes from Iberian pigs fed with acorn during the montanera and cured in the north of Córdoba, in the “Valle de Los Pedroches”. It is an intense salami with a flavor full of nuances.
