Made in a traditional way with the best fresh loin from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork, selected spices and careful curing. Pinkish in color and with the marbling of the fat characteristic of acorn-fed Iberian sausages from the north of Córdoba, in the “Valle de Los Pedroches”. Its mild aroma and a sweet and intense flavor stand out. It has a smooth texture with traces of fat infiltration unmistakable because it comes from Iberian pigs.
