It is currently one of the most consumed 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork cuts, it is a fine cut with a characteristic elongated and almost triangular shape, for which it is given the pen name. It presents the particular infiltration of fat typical of good cuts of pork. It is a juicy and tender meat, ideal for lovers of good cuisine.
