Iberian ham is distinguished from other types of hams by the breed of pig with which it is produced and because the animal is raised in pastures instead of in closed pens. This sausage provides a large amount of vitamin B12, B1, sodium and protein, which makes it ideal for muscle development and its consumption is especially recommended during pregnancy, lactation or periods of convalescence.

Iberian ham can be served alone, cut into thin slices, or it can be accompanied by other foods. Next, we will show you some of the richest recipes accompanied by our main star ingredient: 100% pure Acorn-fed Iberian Ham.

  • 250 grams of green beans.
  • 100 grams of Iberian ham.
  • 2 potatoes
  • Mixed lettuce mix.
  • Pinions.
  • Virgin olive oil.
  • Vinegar.
  • Salt and pepper.

Place the unpeeled potatoes in a saucepan and we will cook them until they are ready. We will let them cool and then we will peel and dice them.

We will clean the green beans and cook them too. We will take a plate and place the lettuce mixture, then the cooked potato cubes and finally the green beans.

We will dress to our liking with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. We will decorate with some pine nuts and add the slices of Iberian ham. And we would have our timbale of green beans with a base of potatoes and Iberian ham ready. Enjoy it!
